• If you email us a story, reflection, or submission, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to include.

• Our website may use standard analytics and cookies (via our website platform, Wix) to understand visitor numbers and improve the site. This does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to consider, edit, and publish your story on this website, in the Fifth Gospel Living book, or related Food for Faith materials but only with your permission, which is given when you submit a story. We may also use your email to contact you about your submission.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except our website and email service providers who help us operate this site, and who are bound to keep it confidential.

Storage and retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed for the purpose above. 

 

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact us at admin@fff.org.nz to do so.

Submissions and copyright

By emailing us your story, you confirm it is your own original work and grant Food for Faith a non-exclusive licence to edit, publish, and share it across our website, book, and related platforms. Stories remain the property of their authors.
