Do you not see the Light?

I am a Christian support worker.

One morning I was sent to care for a palliative client. His bed had been moved to the lounge and he was surrounded by family and friends overflowing into the kitchen.

I asked him if he would like me to wash him, he replied yes.

He then raised his head up, looked up high and, 'I see the light, I see Jesus.' His daughter said, 'Dad, please be quiet'.

I said to her, 'Let him speak, he is telling you what he sees.'

He yelled out, 'I see the light, I see Jesus.'

I said to him, 'I have seen the light and I have seen Jesus.'

THEN THE WHOLE ROOM WAS COVERED IN LIGHT!

I turned to the daughter and said, 'Do you not see the light?'

She said, 'I see the light.'

About three days later I had just finished a care in Newlands.

The place was cold and damp. As I went outisde, painters were starting to paint various state houses. I said out loud, "Jesus said beautiful on the outside but dirty on the inside.' One of the painters said, 'Did you just say Jesus?'

I said, 'Yes.' He said, 'Are you a Christian?'

I tol himn about the above story and he said the miracle was for the daughter. I agreed. Yes, you are right.

He said that he had not prayed for a very long time but this morning he had prayed: 'Jesus IF YOU EXIST SEND ME A SIGN,' and your story was my story.
